Delivery Address

We will deliver your goods to whatever address you choose be it work or home.

If you select ‘pick up from store’ we will notify you as soon as your items are ready via a message, which could take up to two days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund subject to it being in a re-sellable condition, with proof of purchase, within 21 days. If you need to return something, simply fill in the returns form. You can also return the item /s in person to our store, Braggs, 341 Ballards Lane, North Finchley, N12 8LJ. Tel: 020 8445 3945. Please enter the individual product items name and also the product code for reference for the return and also refund purposes.

We are unable to offer an exchange on hosiery and swimwear items, for hygiene reasons.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions for future orders.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Billing

We only charge payment for your purchased items when they are dispatched. Typically, you can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days, but this may vary based on stock availability.

Please note that delivery times for orders placed between August 10th and September 15th may exceed our standard delivery time.

Out Of Stock

In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within our specified delivery times, we will notify you.

We only ship in the UK, not overseas.
